Shopping Cart Error
If you continually receive this error message, you may also place your order over the phone, through fax or email. If you're not sure how, visit our How to Order page.

Our shopping cart has detected a problem and sent you here for help.

The problem could be:

  • The firewall program you are using blocks your computer from adding items to your cart. This can be fixed by temporarily disabling your firewall while shopping. Remember to enable your firewall once you have checked out and reached the final confirmation page of your order. This is the most common problem our customers have encountered. If you don't want to disable your firewall or you continue to have problems, please call 1-800-783-3852 or email our Customer Service Dept.
  • You are not using the shopping cart buttons i.e., "continue shopping" etc.;
  • The item is currently sold out & cannot be added to the cart;
  • The server is down (technical difficulties) in which case, should be up and running shortly;
  • or a problem due to any number of things - too technical and boring to go into here.

But...never fear, we'll try to get you back on track in no time. NOTE: Some customers receive this message for unknown reasons. We have not pinpointed the problem. In this case, you may need to email or phone in your order and customer service will produce the invoice for you. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

IMPORTANT: To avoid finding this error message again, please navigate all the way through the Shopping Cart by using only the buttons provided on the cart pages. In particular, once you've placed items into the cart, don't use your browser's Back button, Forward button, Bookmark function, or Address Bar.

If you ARE using only the cart buttons, and you're still getting this error, please report the problem to our Customer Service Dept immediately.
